- 60 day warranty on all ophthalmic lenses for adaptation issues
Hoya lenses, Scratch Warranty
- 2-year, unlimited scratch coat warranty on all custom lenses
- 2-year, 2 time replacement for stock lenses with EX3 or High-Vision ViewProtect anti-reflective coating
- 2-year, 1 time replacement on HDR anti-reflective coating
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for Seiko lenses
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for Merit lenses
- 1-year, 1 time for lenses with hard coat only
- No warranty available on uncoated lenses*
- Scratch warranty does not apply for industrial safety lenses*
Zeiss & Shamir lenses, Warranty
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for manufacturer defects on anti-reflective coatings
- 1-year, 1 time replacement for manufacturer defects on hard coating
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for cracking/chipping occurring on drill mounted or semi-rimless eyewear
D|R lenses, Warranty
- 2-year, unlimited scratch warranty on all anti-reflective coatings
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for mirrored coatings
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for cracking/chipping occurring on drill mounted or semi-rimless eyewear
Nikon lenses
- 2-year, 1 time replacement for all coated lenses (manufacturer's defects or scratch warranty)
- 1-year, 1 time replacement for chipping or breakage on high index materials
Frames
- 1-year manufacturers warranty*
- 2-year manufacturers warranty on Scott Harris frames
- 3-year manufacturers warranty on DB4K REACT frames
- Personal frames: we are able to accommodate the re-use of your personal eyewear for your next set of ophthalmic lenses. However, we cannot assume responsibility for damage or breakage that
may result from adjusting, removing, or reinserting lenses at our partner labs. Please be aware that we cannot refund the cost of lenses in cases where frames do break.

- 1-year manufacturers warranty
- 2-year manufacturers warranty on Maui Jim sunglasses
- 2-year, 2 time replacement on Hoya prescription sunglass lenses, scratch warranty
- 2-year, 2 time replacement on Hoya Sensity Shine lenses, scratch warranty
Kids packages
Hoya Eye-M-Growing
- Substitute pair of lenses for change in prescription within 12 months of the original order
- 1 time scratch or chipping warranty for both original and substitute pair of lenses
Hoya MiyoSmart
- 1-year, 1 time replacement if patient's prescription changes by 0.50D or more
- 1 time replacement for manufacturer defects on anti-reflective coatings
Zeiss Junior Program
- 1 pair of substitute lenses in original frame within 16 months with change in prescription
Zeiss Myovision
- 1-year, 1 time replacement lenses in original frame if patient's prescription changes by 0.50D or more
Warranties do not cover improper or unreasonable use of eyewear, alterations to eyewear, or accidental breakage.
*Frame warranties not applicable to discounted or clearance styles.
